Update on GSCO Closures Due to COVID-19

The safety and well-being of our members and their families are of paramount importance as we all navigate through the COVID-19 situation together. Because of the continued uncertainty and risks associated with group gatherings, Girl Scouts of Colorado will prohibit all in-person Girl Scout events through June 15, 2020.

We will evaluate cancellation plans every two weeks. All GSCO property reservations have already been canceled through June 30, and all GSCO summer camp programs are canceled through July 31. GSCO staff will continue working remotely this summer. Troops or groups with events planned for more than 50 people this summer, should work on contingency plans.

We know it’s a bummer that we can’t get together in person yet, but check out the Girl Scouts at Home section of our website and blog for fun and innovative ways to stay engaged.

In addition, the GSCO Retail Shop is working on alternative shopping experiences to bring the best service to our members and continue to comply with stringent social distancing requirements. We are hoping to be able to announce more options in the coming weeks.
