Favorite Girl Scout memory:
When my troop had 4 people, 3 of us were able to go on a giant trip to Colorado Springs. We went to the US Airforce Academy, the Sand Dunes, the UFO tower, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, Saint Elmos Ghost Town, and saw dinosaur fossils and went river rafting for the first time. We made incredible memories like sitting on the ground eating burnt pizzas, waking up with frost on our tents, and hiking in the rain. It was the best bonding moment we ever had and it was when I realized Girl Scouts was my home. When I hear Girl Scouts, I think of that trip and hope we can recreate it in our future.
Because I was a Girl Scout, I ...
am more confident and know I can help both the younger generation and myself achieve incredible things.
