DAY CAMP PROGRAMS

Staff-Led Day Camps (Denver Metro)

Girl Scouts of Colorado is excited to launch staff led day camps! At these day camps, Girl Scouts will get to experience tons of outdoor adventure and exploration at state and regional parks across the Denver metro area. Staff – led day camps are from Brownies and Juniors with a $285 / session fee for Monday – Thursday camp session. We can’t wait to have you join us at camp this summer. All camp sessions will include programs in:

• Boating (Canoeing and may include Stand Up Paddleboarding for juniors) • Archery • Hiking & Nature Games • Outdoor Badges & Skills • Plus, lots of fun camp games, making new camp friends and exploring the great outdoors!

We encourage campers to sign up for multiple sessions, one in each month! All June camps sessions and all July camp sessions will have the same program content so campers can sign up for the same location once in June and once in July to experience different badges and activities each month.

• Session 1: June 13 – 16, Bear Creek Lake Park, Lakewood • Session 2: June 20 – 23, Chatfield State Park, Littleton • Session 3: June 27 – 30, Cherry Creek State Park, Aurora • Session 4: July 11 – 14, Bear Creek Lake Park, Lakewood • Session 5: July 18 – 21, Chatfield State Park, Littleton • Session 6: July 25 – 28, Cherry Creek State Park, Aurora

Volunteer-Led Day Camps

Volunteer-led day camps are offered at locations across the state, and camps are run by a team of adult volunteers and older Girl Scout Program Aides. Day Camps take place in public facilities across the state, such as schools, state parks, community centers, or local outdoor spaces. Some Day Camps use the CampInTouch registration system, and some use their own registration system, read more information about this in the camp descriptions in our camp session listings on the Girl Scouts of Colorado Camp Website.
