Just because school is out, doesn’t mean that Girl Scouts must go on break! Summer is a great time to spend more time with your Girl Scout sisters. For summer 2019, Girl Scouts of Colorado has a NEW patch program to encourage you to participate in Girl Scouts over the summer. Troops can earn the patch between June 1 – August 31. Here are the requirements:
Girls must be renewed for the upcoming membership year (2019-2020)
Participate in two summertime activities as a troop
Complete one service project
Plan to start regular meetings before October 31
Sounds pretty fun right?! We think so! Once you complete the requirements, you can purchase your patch in-person or over the phone from the GSCO Shop in Denver.
