NEW: Host a Join Girl Scouts table, get an early Cookie Booth selection

As summer winds down and backpacks make their return, we’re stepping into one of the most energizing seasons in Girl Scouts: Back to School!

This is when the magic begins- most Girl Scouts join between August, September, and October. These few months are a golden window - a chance to welcome new families and show them all the ways Girl Scouts sparks courage, confidence, and character in girls. Sometimes, all it takes is a warm welcome or a kind word for a girl to realize: This is where I belong.

No one can share that message and excitement better than our current Girl Scouts! So, we’re offering an opportunity for Girl Scout representatives to host the Join Girl Scouts table at a Back to School night near them. Troops, Juliettes, and volunteers that qualify* by hosting at least one Join Girl Scouts table will earn an opportunity for an early Cookie Booth selection in the 2026 Cookie Program.

No experience needed, just enthusiasm and a friendly smile. Training and materials will be provided.

In addition to Back to School Nights, there are opportunities to host a Girl Scout table in front of some Walmart locations in September and October!

*To qualify for the early Cookie Booth selection incentive, the troop volunteer or Juliette caregiver must sign up through GSCO, attend online training, return interest information to GSCO within 24 hours of the event, and submit a photo of their table at the location. Troops are welcome to host more than one Girl Scout table however each troop will qualify for only one early Cookie Booth selection. To qualify for the incentive, Join Girl Scout tables must be held prior to Nov. 2.
