Improvements coming mid-August to online registration system

Improvements to eBiz  (the online GSUSA registration system where we all register for membership, events and trainings) will be complete in mid-August, making a smoother online process. We’ve had a sneak peak at the updated system and it’s a vast improvement.

These are some of the upgrades you’ll see:

  1. Manage your whole family with a single login

  2. See all of your family’s activities, regardless of registration method

  3. See all orders placed online on behalf of your family

  4. Manage membership renewals and new memberships for your whole family

  5. Make multiple purchases all at once, being able to purchase memberships for your family and also purchase event registrations for them at the same time.

  6. An improved search functionality, finding activities based on grade level, location or type of program

Note: In order for the updates to launch, the ebiz site will be unavailable Aug. 9-14. All adults will be required to create a New Online Account to gain access to the system following the upgrade. You can reuse your old user name and password when creating your new online account if you choose. With your new online account, you will be able to manage yourself, your family and/or troop(s) depending on your current participation status. For example, a troop leader who has a daughter participating in Girl Scouts will be able to manage both her family and troop(s) with a single login. Watch for more information via email, our website and blog about how to create the new account on Aug. 12.

This exciting upgrade happening to our online registration website is funded and led by Girl Scouts of the USA.  They have been gathering member feedback over the past couple years and have revamped our online registration site to make sure it is more user friendly and easier for Girl Scout members, volunteers and future leaders. The improved technology experience will not be coming out of Girl Scouts of Colorado’s lean budget.

If you have questions or concerns about the upgrade, feel free to contact Customer Support at inquiry@gscolorado.org.
