Free Being Me workshop

Hosted by Girl Scout Troop 1068, Free Being Me is a partnership with Dove that focuses on body image and self confidence. It teaches girls, ages 7-10, to love and accept themselves for who they are. There are many fun and interactive activities for the girls in order to help them gain confidence and love themselves. Girls will also learn that there is not just one way to beautiful, as we see in the media, but many ways that make the world diverse with beauty. Girls will receive a fun patch after they complete all steps of the session. We will also provide a light snack during the event.
