Creating Positive Media

This year, we held a “MEdia Journey in a Day” event. During this event, girls learned about the negative influence that all media can have at times and how to counteract that with positive messages. These messages could be in both offline and online forms with kindness jars to themselves and designing their own online platforms. As part of the Take Action Project, the girls designed a video with positive affirmations for girls to watch and say to themselves when they are feeling down.
